1. Returns
14-Day Return Window:
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging. Please contact us to start your return.
Return Requests:
If we request that you return an item, please follow the instructions we provide. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless specified otherwise.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Orders Not Received
Tracked Deliveries:
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office. If the problem continues, we may ask for a non-delivery certificate from your post office to assist with your claim.
Delivery Issues:
If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for international shipping and customs. For significant delays, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
3. Order Cancellation
Before Processing:
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
Custom or Special Orders:
Orders for customized, preorder, or special items (including made-to-order or photo/video products) cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos or video as evidence. For items with significant damage, we will offer a full refund or replacement. For minor issues (excluding small scratches or wrinkles), a partial refund may be available.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, color, or size, or if something is missing from your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a suitable replacement or refund.
Accessories:
If any accessories are missing from your order, we will promptly send the missing items to you.
